If you follow my Instagram, you may recognize the parents of sweet baby London. I photographed their maternity shoot about 1.5 months prior to the arrival of this little beauty. I haven't blogged their session yet, but there are a couple shares on social media.On June 12, 2015, beautiful baby girl names London was born. She came into my studio at 10 days of age, and was just the sweetest. The baby fever was definitely turned up during this shoot. With the longest little lashes and amazing newborn lips, it's no wonder. I even posted a little video clip on Instagram, as I was soothing her to sleep, and it may have gotten the most likes of any video I've posted. She has definitely captured the hearts of many, already. It was so special seeing the change in both of the parents as they welcomed this new little love into their lives. They were beaming from the inside out, you could see it on their faces. While we all love our children in the womb, there is something that is almost magical about the type of love you have for this new little amazing, half part of you, life that you just met. See that, at every session, is maybe 1/2 the reason I love my job so much.We really wanted to girl up this shoot, as mom is really into the natural, but still girly colors while very organic, and modern as well. Focusing on the fine art aspect of my style, with the parent's tips and suggestions, I think we accomplished a great collaboration. They were just ecstatic at their viewing appointment this morning, which always makes a photographer feel good.

The hammock is probably one of my most requested props in my studio. I try and make it different each time I use it, so everyone has something unique. Since London is a girl, We made it more girly this time. Mom and Dad loved the the florals for this shot.
