When Margaux from Creative Harmony, contacted me to photograph another wedding shoot of hers, I of course jumped at the opportunity and said yes! The last shoot we did together was so whimsical, and our styles totally vibed perfectly. Check out the Victorian Boho Love Wedding shoot we did in 2013, which was featured on Wedding Chicks. One of the aspects of Margaux's wedding planning that I love, is how every single detail is just perfect. She goes lengths and puts in great effort to accomplish the vision of her brides. Her attention to detail and style is beautiful! Of course with Splendor on the Bluff, it was no different. I was so excited during the planning portion because I had been envisioning a similar shoot and wanted to photograph a beautiful baby blue wedding dress with tons of ruffles on cliffs, and that's exactly what she has planned.
The Team and El Matador Beach
Photographed in stunning Malibu, CA, along the cliffs of El Matador beach, this beautiful location was the perfect place to photograph R-Mine's amazing blue bridal gown. With soft tulle, ruffles, and the amazing shape, this wedding dress really played a big part in creating that whimsical beach feel we were going for. Heirloom Design House's amazing florals, added to the beautiful fairytale feel as well. I have to say, Crystal is such a talented florist!
