Baby Alblehed's Newborn Session
Such a gorgeous little boy came into the studio earlier this month. The Alblehed family came all the way from Newport Beach just 12 days after the arrival of their sweet son. When mama first contacted me, she really made note that she loved the "natural" aspect of my newborn work. Using twigs, rustic details, and really focusing on nature as a whole. Baby in his most natural state just days after being born. I find it funny when people ask me "how do you get baby in those poses", little do you know that baby is naturally curled up like that in the womb, if not more. The bigger the baby, the more curled up he was (minus the chin up pose of course). So that is what my center word was for this session. Natural. I wanted the poses with family to feel just as natural as baby in a nest.

The light in my West Hills newborn studio was so dreamy this morning. It complimented this sweet womb pose just so perfectly.
Oh my goodness... baby fever, right?
Can you believe this alert little baby on the left is the same newborn as on the right? He was such an awake and smiley little one!
