Gorgeous maternity shoot of mother to be Katherine, in Christine's Los Angeles studio. We celebrated this soon to be mama of two with a two location-shoot including her adorable family towards the end. I wanted Katherine to not only feel empowered as a woman, but in this stage of motherhood where she is transitioning from all her time with one baby, to welcoming the newest little.No one talks about that adjustment we go through as moms when we change the dynamic of our family as we bring in another baby. So much joy comes with a new baby, but this sense of sadness can come when we think of our last days with our kids before the newest one arrives. It's a sweet sadness, but still it's there and totally normal to feel.Katherine was so happy to have these moments with her family of 3 before it became 4.
