Alexander's Newborn Story

Anthony and Shannon have such a beautiful pregnancy story with Alexander. After trying for a while and sadly also miscarrying before they conceived their baby boy, Shannon and Anthony had decided to try fertility treatments. I've had a few parents come into my studio lately who have been able to conceive through treatments. It's such a beautiful blessing to be able to witness the amount of joy and excitement in these parents who have waited to long and have a child. The awe they have for their beautiful boy was just inspiring to see.Now months later we have this sweet, beautiful, amazing baby boy in the studio. I am so excited for these two as they enter into the world of parenthood. It is such a gift to not only bring a child into this world, but also be chosen to raise and nurture them as well.We focused on many aspects of Alexander's session. I wanted incorporate his woodland animal themed nursery by keeping the colors, textures and props cohesive. I accomplished this by using wooden crates, animals, nests, wood background, but of course still focusing on the newness of this little amazing 7 day old baby boy.Make up and hair for mama by Virginia Valverde.
