Lady Gaga's 2016 Oscar Performance

How many of you watched the Oscars last night? I didn't, my family doesn't have cable, however, when social media highlights circled Lady Gaga's 2106 Oscar performance, I was intrigued. I have never been much of a Lady Gaga fan in the past. I've been to a concert of hers before, but I wasn't a real follower until last night that is. Abuse is NO JOKE, YA'LL!!! It's scaring, it's a life long process of healing. It DAMN STRAIGHT HURTS! Finally someone with a HUGE platform has come out about it! Do you know how desolate an abused person can feel? No one wants to hear it, most can't relate, and some actually blame the abused victims! "You could have prevented the abuse", "what was your role in it?", etc... a bunch of crock, non understanding jerks, if you ask me. Sorry, this just hits a little too close to home.One of her most inspiring posts from last night, which I shared on my facebook account, was how her man supports her. Look at this guy! A man that can stand by a woman who is a survivor of abuse is nothing short of amazing! Like Gaga said in her own words "Now, that's a REAL MAN!", yes, I agree. This engaged couple couldn't be any cuter. I love how he supports her! Goodness, to photograph their wedding would be a dream come true.
